Step 1
SELECT
Each season revolves around challenges related to cybersecurity, reported by the Group's teams. We take care to establish a balanced set of startups, covering the entire cybersecurity value chain, while ensuring that no startup is in direct competition with another from the previous season.
Step 2
EXPLORE & DEFINE
In order to find the best opportunities, we facilitate dialogue and exchanges between startups and Thales. In this way, each startup discovers the Group's relevant activities, and the Thales’ teams reinforce their understanding and their confidence in the startups’ solutions and their ways of working. This step will lead to definition of a PoC aiming to illustrate a strong and unique value proposition on couse case in relation with Thales business lines activities.
Step 3
DELIVER & SHOW
For the most promising opportunities, joint developments between Thales and startups lead to concrete demonstrations. These valuable proofs are put in broad visibility through industry exhibitions and Demo Day, in which hundreds of customers and partners of the Group are invited. Desirability tests are made with PoCs with early adopters representing the potential targetted market. Validated solutions can be presented on Thales Trustnest Market place. They can be integrated inside THALES offers to be sold to its customers.
Step 4
ALUMNI
Together, we create long-term partnerships and make live each startup’s promotion through our Alumni network. We also facilitate collaborations between startups during the programme and beyond.
Startups we are looking for
We accelerate french or foreign serie A startups, having between 18 months and 3 years maturity with existing MVP's and patents, and able to incorporate at least 2 representatives at Station F.
An access to 5 big markets
We help accelerate the startups’ development in cybersecurity by providing them advice, expertise and access to our big markets, from the bottom of the oceans to the depths of space: aerospace, space, ground transportation, defence, and security.
Station F's ecosystem
Thales offers to startups the richness of Station F, an environment conducive to development, while giving a high visibility and an access to a considerable network, workspaces, meeting rooms and other related services. Startups have access to free workplaces within Thales’ open space, and to all available services and events at Station F.
