The protection of your personal data is of high importance to THALES, therefore THALES takes all reasonable care to ensure that your personal data is processed safely.

When you fill the form in order to be contacted by the cybersecurity accelerator programme called Cyber@StationF (hereafter the “Programme”), you share your personal data with Thales Digital Factory SAS, 33 rue La Fayette, 75009 (“THALES”), acting as data controller.

THALES draws your attention to the fact that it carries out the treatments mentioned herein on the basis of its legitimate interest, which requires being able to exchange with you following your interest in the Programme.

Please note that the provision of your personal data determines the contact with THALES and is mandatory. If you choose not to provide your personal data then THALES will not be able to contact you.

For the abovementioned purposes, your personal data will be kept two years, in order to be able to recontact you. THALES may use other Thales Group entities to process your requests. 

Such sharing may imply transfers of your personal data out of the European Economic Area (EEA) in Canada and Singapore in order to analyze your applications. THALES pays particular attention to the processing of your personal data, for this very reason, where such transfers out of the EEA take place, THALES implements EU Model clauses with the entity out of the EEA which processes your personal data. You can obtain a copy of such clause by addressing your request at the address referred to below.

In any case, you have the right to access your personal data.

You can also request that your personal data be rectified or deleted. You are entitled as well to object to the processing of your personal data or to request restriction thereof. In addition, you have the right to ask for receiving your personal data in a structured and standard format.
